Welcome to Den Hartogh Logistics

14 jul, 2012

On 17 April 2012 the second "Welcome to Den Hartogh" day was held. All those who had entered service with a Dutch branch of Den Hartogh Logistics during the first quarter of 2012 were given the opportunity to get to know more about

our organisation and its employees. Extra attention was paid to our history, our cultural values and our safety culture.

The programme included visits to the workshop, the inspection department, Cleaning Botlek and the repair shop in Botlek, as well as an introduction to SHEQ. Over lunch Gerard van der Kroon explained a few things about the culture

of Den Hartogh Logistics. For many of the participants, the informal high point of the day was the visit to Jack den Hartogh's collection of classic cars. The visit to the Botlek cleaning station was also well-appreciated, in spite of the

wind an rain. Safety shoes had been made available, which caused a few good laughs during the fitting session. Anyway, all feet remained dry during the visit to the Cleaning site.

We hereby thank all those who contributed to the success of this day. The next "Welcome to Den Hartogh" day

will be held early in September.
