Den Hartogh Logistics conducts its business with honesty and integrity.  Compliance with applicable laws is a mandatory foundation for all actions within Den Hartogh Logistics in all our activities world­wide.

Den Hartogh commits itself without reservation to the principle of fair competition and expects the same from its business partners.

Our compliance with the rules of the competition and anti­trust laws in relation to our customers, suppliers and competitors is a matter of course.

Our employees are obligated to keep themselves informed about the applicable laws and regulations within their areas of responsibility. In this respect, the Executive Committee and Business Unit Management Teams have a responsibility to provide relevant information to all staff members.

Den Hartogh Logistics complies with trade sanctions imposed by international institutions or governments.

The areas of compliance include, but are not limited to:

  • Company Law, Competition Law, Fiscal and Customs Law.
  • Anti-Bribery and Corruption Law.
  • Equality, Employment, Human Rights, labour standards.
  • Financial and/or economic sanctions laws, regulations, embargoes or other restrictive measures.
  • Health and Safety.
  • Environmental protection.
  • Food and Feed Hygiene.
  • CMR and Contract Law.
  • Privacy and Data Protection.
  • Applicable Technical Standards and international agreements such as CSC and Dangerous Goods regulation.
  • Driving and Transport.
