DEN HARTOGH ACQUIRES BULKCON TRANSPORT

The Boards of Directors of Den Hartogh Holding B.V. and Bulkcon Transport AB have announced that, as of May 2, 2017 Den Hartogh has acquired Bulkcon.

In recent years, Den Hartogh Logistics has expanded remarkably to facilitate customer demand with its worldwide presence and closely-knit European network. Joining forces with Bulkcon extends this European network in the Nordics and means that Den Hartogh can benefit from the company's extensive knowledge and experience of operating in the Nordics and internationally.

"We consider Den Hartogh's acquisition of Bulkcon to be a very good step in continuing to satisfy our customers' transport needs in both the European and Global markets," said Thomas Nordbeck, Chairman of the Board, Bulkcon Transport AB.
